Quality Assurance
QC Standards &
Certificate of Analysis
Our quality control program applies pharmaceutical-adjacent rigor to every manufactured lot. Here is exactly what we test, how we test it, and what that means for your research.
Our Process
Three Tests.
Every Lot. No Exceptions.
We run the same analytical battery regardless of compound, lot size, or order volume. No self-certification. No skipped tests.
HPLC Purity Analysis
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography separates the compound from impurities using a reverse-phase C18 column. Area-percent purity is calculated from UV absorbance at 220 nm. Our release standard is ≥98% area purity. Lots that fail this threshold are quarantined and not released for sale.
Mass Spectrometry Identity
Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) confirms the molecular mass of the synthesized peptide against the theoretical monoisotopic mass. This verifies the correct amino acid sequence was synthesized — a critical identity test that HPLC purity alone cannot provide.
Visual & Physical Inspection
Every vial is visually inspected for correct lyophilized cake appearance, proper fill weight, seal integrity, and absence of visible particulates or discoloration. Vials with any physical anomaly are rejected before testing even begins.

What a Kinetic
COA Contains
Every Certificate of Analysis is specific to the manufactured lot. You will receive the COA PDF with your order — not a generic template.
Every Field, Explained
Lot Number
A unique identifier linking the vial to the exact manufactured batch and all associated analytical data. You can request supporting chromatograms by citing this number.
HPLC Purity %
The area-percent purity from the UV chromatogram at 220 nm. This measures the proportion of UV-absorbing material that elutes as the main peak. Our minimum is 98.0% — we publish the actual number, not just “≥98%.”
MS Identity Result
The measured [M+H]⁺ or [M+2H]²⁺ mass compared to the theoretical value. A match within ±0.5 Da confirms the correct peptide was synthesized. This test is independent of purity — a pure compound with a wrong sequence would fail here.
Storage Conditions
Lyophilized peptides are stable at −20°C for 24+ months. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 4°C and use within 30 days. The COA specifies recommended storage for that specific compound.
Cold-Chain Logistics
From Our Facility
to Yours — Intact
Peptide integrity begins in the laboratory and must be maintained through delivery. Our cold-chain program ensures your compound arrives in the same condition it left our facility.
−20°C
Storage Condition
All lyophilized inventory is maintained at −20°C in dedicated peptide cold storage until order fulfillment. No room-temperature staging.
2°–8°C
Transit Temperature
Orders are packed with gel ice packs calibrated for a 48-hour transit window. Insulated shipper maintains 2–8°C throughout standard shipping.
48 hr
Fulfillment Window
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. COA PDF and tracking number are emailed simultaneously with dispatch.
US Only
Shipping Geography
Domestic US shipping only at launch. We do not ship internationally at this time. Contiguous US delivery typically 1–3 business days via overnight carriers.
